Payments and Refunds

To pay for your purchases you can use one of the methods outlined in the order form (credit card or bank transfer).

Payment by Credit Card

The payment by credit card must be made at the same time as the purchase, as the last step of the checkout process. The payment process will be handled in a very secure fashion by Bank Credit Valtellinese via its KeyClient provider (www.keyclient.it). Consequently, Store Valtellina will never be in possession of any sensitive data (e.g. credit card number or security code).

Payment by Bank Transfer

Payment by bank transfer must be made after purchase, once the checkout process is complete. The order will remain pending, and will be processed only after receiving the payment, which must be within 5 days of the created order. After this period Store Valtellina will not be able to ensure availability of the ordered products.

The Reason for payment must include the order number for your purchase.

Refunds

A refund may refer to two different situations:

  • Refund of the total amount of an order for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised;
  • Partial refund of the order amount for the unavailability of one or more products;

Whatever the method of payment used, Store Valtellina will refund you as quickly as possible (in any case within 30 days).
The bank will refund the holder of the credit card used to make the purchase, or the account holder that effected the bank transfer.
